SMILE!!!
Look like you are enjoying being in the presence of God!!! Look like you are truly happy about what He has done for you!!! Demonstrate the effect of the truths you will declare in song in your body, first of all your face, and SMILE!
And, before anyone reading this thinks I’ve got one on me about grumpy worship leaders…..
THIS GOES FOR MUSICIANS TOO!!!
AND THE REST OF US!!!
I am astounded at the number of people in any church gathering who look bored, in physical pain, confused, distracted, unhappy and flat out like they’d rather be doing anything but that which they are doing: can we please bring our bodies and minds in line with the word of God and REJOICE!!!
This is the day the Lord has made, let us REJOICE and be GLAD in it!
Rejoice in the Lord always, and again – REJOICE!
and that famous proverb – SMILE, JESUS LOVES YOU!!!!
